Tocca For Gwynnie Bee

There has been such great collaborations going on in plus size fashion. I must say, this blogger is hella happy with all that has been coming down the pipeline. Gwynnie Bee, a plus size online subscription service in sizes 10-32 has added exclusive brands to their ever expanding closet. Their latest exclusive, Tocca features great workwear pieces in bold hues and prints. Myself and bloggers La Pecosa Preciosa and In My Joi were asked to style the classic sheath dress in a post called One Style, Three Ways. Our mission: How do you style a sheath dress? My look features the V Neck Sheath in Tyrian Purple

THIS DRESS IS EVERYTHING!! The color is rich and looks great against the melanin. The dress is a ponte knit which is perfect because A. It's stretchy B. It does not wrinkle. When getting dressed in the mornings, one and done items takes out the guess work of what to wear. I have saved countless minutes out of my morning routine by wearing a dress. I love how comfortable it is, and I think you would to. I went with a size 18, and I love the fit. If you want to give this dress a try, you can try it for 30 days free when you subscribe to Gwynnie Bee.

So how does one take a classic piece like the sheath, and make it her own? Accessories are key. When you have an item like a dress you are 75% dressed. All you need are the little extra's to complete your look. When I wear dresses, I like to pair them with something a bit tougher like for instance a moto, or a denim jacket. I prefer cropped versions because they help accentuate your waist without the need of a belt. For my shoes, I wanted something fun and flirty. I saw these during a shoe sale and scooped them in heartbeat. The block heel trend is still going strong, and for good reason- they are comfortable and look great on everyone. I also love lace up shoes, so Franceska was a win win. Cute handbags are my weakness and when I saw this little guy online, it was an immediate add to cart and check out. Have you ever saw something online and feel as though you need to buy it before the 'internet' catches on? That was the thought process for this handbag. When I wear purple, I like to pair it when shades of bright pink to brighten up the look. Isn't this bag just the cutest??? The Dorola in pink is sold out online, but it is available at your local store. So lovers, what do you think? Did I slay my challenge? Sound off in the comments.
